Meet the Founder - Nassra Waul
I grew up in Copenhagen, where I began my finance career as a risk analyst with Ørsted, a global leader in renewable energy. That experience shaped the foundation of my work today: structured thinking, curiosity, and a commitment to doing things with care and integrity.
When I continued my career in the United States, I worked across healthcare, research, nonprofits, and corporate finance. Through that journey, one thing became clear: every organization is different. Each has its own systems, pressures, and goals, and effective financial support must reflect that.
I watched skilled teams work hard under the weight of competing priorities, tight timelines, and constant change. They weren’t doing anything wrong, they simply didn’t have the support or structure they needed. That realization inspired me to establish Waul Consulting, so I could offer the clarity and financial guidance organizations were missing.
